SERVICES

We offer a full range of architectural services from project inception to post completion review. Following the initial meeting with the client, we outline the services we can provide to enable the client to select and control what they require and how far they wish to proceed. The services are generally grouped in stages, which we list below;

Preparation and Concept Design: Carry out measured survey and site analysis / Assess and advise if specialist surveys or other consultants required / Prepare concept design / Prepare project programme / Client review meetings.

Developed Design: Develop concept design / Assemble project team / Prepare and submit planning application / Client review meetings.

Technical Design: Prepare technical design and specification to enable coordination of the project / Apply for Building Control Approval (Full Plans) / Prepare and collate the tender documentation / Identify and evaluate potential contractors; obtain and appraise tenders and submit recommendations to client / Client review meetings.

Construction: Letting the building contract, appointing the contractor and issuing of information to the contractor / Administer the building contract to Practical Completion, including: Issue interim certificates, Run contract meetings, Visit site to check on progress, Deal with the contractor’s queries and filter them through to the client, Advise on changes/ alterations, Run site meetings, Deal with the final account.
